In this complete electrical rewiring project, we collaborated with Leah Ward Interiors and Custom House Building on a full-scale home remodel in Scituate, MA. Every lighting fixture and detail was thoughtfully selected to enhance each space, bringing this stunning vision to life. We handled the complete wiring of over 12 rooms, incorporating a variety of lighting elements—recessed lighting, sconces, cabinetry accents, chandeliers, and pendant lights—to create both functional and atmospheric lighting tailored to each room’s style.

To achieve clean lines and elevate the ambiance, we installed recessed lighting and under-cabinet lighting in the kitchen, bathrooms, and additional rooms throughout the home.
In the kitchen, the recessed lighting provides a seamless and modern look, while the under-cabinet lighting enhances functionality by illuminating countertop spaces. In bathrooms, subtle recessed lights highlight the room’s layout and design, ensuring soft, even illumination, especially over the standup showers and baths.
Each installation brings a layer of depth and sophistication, making these rooms both stylish and practical.
Statement Pendant Lighting

Unique pendant lights add an artistic touch to this home, creating focal points in different rooms. A striking Moravian star pendant light brightens the third-floor staircase, drawing the eye upward and enhancing the stairwell’s architecture. In the purple dining room, a teardrop chandelier complements the room’s rich color palette, offering a touch of elegance.
Meanwhile, an upstairs lounge is completed by a chandelier that harmonizes with the room’s unique wallpaper, blending texture, color, and light for an inviting and memorable atmosphere.

In the kitchen, we installed sleek, gold tapered sconces that line large windows, each with Edison bulbs that add warmth and character. In the bathrooms, hand-rubbed antique brass sconces with cream linen shades complete the refined look, casting a soft glow ideal for relaxation and creating an intimate, polished feel. Each sconce was chosen to complement the room's unique design, adding a touch of character and completing the aesthetic of each space.
